            Did you know that some buyers purchase a home without stepping a foot inside? We’ve witnessed this interesting phenomenon more than ever during 2020-2021. In many instances, the competitive real estate market does not allow much time to make an offer before a house goes under contract. Sometimes a homebuyer doesn’t have the luxury of time to travel, see a house in person, and then take time to think it over. And that’s one reason online marketing is important. As realtors, we must reach those out-of-state and international buyers. The digital presentation of the property needs to be top-notch: excellent professional photos, including drone photography, a well-written detailed description, attachments such as a Special Feature List, Floor plan, and Survey within the MLS (which can be provided to an interested buyer by their realtor), and a video tour. A well orchestrated home video tours help buyers to feel as though they have visited the property in person. Through conscience hard work, it is possible to consistently received positive feedback and amazing results from online marketing.

A well-organized home is not just more efficient for daily living, it can definitely help to give a house an edge for resale!
